Magic resistant armour and Magic Barrier can be used to a lesser effect.ĭamaging one will cause it to very briefly stun, however they cannot be knocked down and recover quickly. They deal purely magic damage, so though they cannot be blocked Great Magic Barrier will massively reduce the damage they deal, to the point that they are almost no threat. Keeping your distance is the best way to prevent damage. They are easy enemies if you have a diverse enough arsenal and are patient, as their strength is in numbers. Even better, bows or magic will keep you totally safe, rendering the Giant Humanities almost harmless.

Weapons with long reach, such as Spears and Halberds, can easily inflict damage on the creatures without taking any yourself. They are quite slow, but can surround an inattentive player. If a player is locked on to a Giant Humanity that passes through them, it can cause unexpected swings of the camera, making rolling in a safe direction difficult. This means that they cannot be blocked by shields, and that multiple enemies can attack simultaneously with ease. Giant Humanities have the ability to pass through each other and the player, and damage rapidly on touch.
